ASCEND Women is proud to support the following ministries

Mercy Ministries

ASCEND Women was proud to have founder, Nancy Alcorn, at our very first conference in 2013. This voluntary residential program helps young women, ages 13 – 28, break free from life-controlling behaviors and situations.

Isik Abla

Isik Abla, a former muslim converted to Christian, was a guest speaker during ASCEND’s second and fourth year conferences. Her ministry centers on salvation, freedom, and healing for the muslim world, and to see a revival in the body of Christ for her muslim brethren.

Compassion International

Compassion International is a child-advocacy ministry that pairs compassionate people with children who are suffering from poverty. First starting in 1952 with 35 children, this global ministry has reach millions of children around the world. ASCEND Co-Director, Brenda Epperson-Moore, has sponsored three children.

Dream Center

Los Angeles based outreach ministry, the Dream Center, reaches thousands of people in need each week by providing food, clothing, shelter, medical care, and other basic needs. ASCEND Conference, in its third year, was graciously hosted by the Dream Center.
